Could I Be PregnantStarting off, I have been pregnant before and now I’m kind of ashamed to go to the doctor to see if I’m pregnant again. My baby is only 10 months old I had a little girl and now I think I’m pregnant again. The reason I think I am pregnant is because I’ve been a little mean, nothing seems to go the way I want it to go, I use the bathroom at least 2-3 times in the middle of the night but I have not vomited or been feeling sick on the stomach but yet my husband has. With my first child my symptoms were the same way they are now, that’s why I don't know if I’m pregnant or not. I’m going to go to the doctor or take a home pregnancy test so I will find out if I am pregnant or not. lashina To be...or not to be...PREGNANT!First off, my periods have always been kind of iffy...I might skip a month or 2, but ALWAYS get it after that. Here it is, January 10, 2007, and I haven't had a period since the middle of November! My fiancé and I had a little mishap in about mid December when I was almost due for my period, and I've taken only God knows how many HPT's but they're all negative!I do notice a little bit of weight gain in my stomach, I'm extremely moody, and I cry at the drop of a hat. I've been peeing like every ounce of liquid that enters my mouth shoots straight through my body! And I hate to be gross...but sometimes, I feel like I have to, um, go to the bathroom, REALLY BAD but when I get in there...it's nothing. I'm going on Valentines Day (how ironic) to a clinic to get tested there b/c I've heard theirs is more sensitive. I've been racking my brain also...wondering if could this be something other than pregnancy. lashina Keeping hopeWell my story is kind of long. I am 19 and engaged to the love of my life John. We have a 21-month-old son named Johnny who is named after his father. After having our son I went on the Depo-Provera shot to avoid another pregnancy so soon. Well we decided we wanted to expand our family and try for another little one. I have been off the shot since July of 2005. Right away I got my period back. The shot is actually supposed to take away your periods but it did not for me. I actually was still getting it about every 2-3 months.Well my last cycle has been very strange and almost as it was when I just found out I was pregnant before. You see with my first baby I was on the pill. It did regulate my periods too. Well one month I missed a few pills here and there but didn't think anything of it. Well one month I got my period on time and as usual. Well about a week and a half later I got my period again! I was so worried about why I started to bleed again. At this time I was only 16 and asked my mom for advice. (She too went through being a teen mom.) She advised me to stop taking the pill just to make sure everything is ok. Well we waited and weeks went by and nothing no period and no positive HPT's. Well one day my mom asked if it came yet and I said no and off we went to Walgreen’s to buy a test. We took it together and finally a positive came. I was seven weeks when I found out I was pregnant. This time I keep getting the flashbacks of how I felt and the strange bleeding. I got my period on Dec. 18th. This one was normal for me lasting about 5 days. Well exactly a week later on Dec. 25 I started bleeding once again! Once this happened I had it in my head I was indeed pregnant as this happened before. Well I waited and waited and nothing. Finally on Jan. 29 I started to bleed again, but not like a normal period for me. Throughout this whole time I took HPT's and all came back negative. I am so confused. I have been emotional like crazy! (I actually cried because Burger King was closed and I was craving it). Also I’ve been tired, moody, peeing constantly, the lines in my boobs are popping out more than ever, and my nipples are extremely sensitive. It's now Feb. 8 and I haven't tested since before I got my period in Jan. I really want a baby but I'm so nervous about getting another negative. Everyone at work thinks I am and comments on how my stomach is bigger and rounder. Even my own dad asked me if I was expecting! I just don’t know what to do anymore. It's like my body is playing tricks on me or something. I will probably test again, but I don’t know when. Well thanks everyone for reading my story and sorry if it jumps all over the place! Heather The LH test was finally positive. After being so busy complaining that I haven’t ovulated, finally on my first cycle of Clomid and on day 19, I saw a positive ovulation test strip. I was so happy, I called my husband and told him....Right away after, I gave gGd all the glory for answering my prayers. Later that day it so happened that I had a doctor’s appointment with my infertility specialist. He was very encouraged to see a positive test, and he told me that I should go home and try.... So sure enough that’s what we did.... try, and pray... We have to wait one week before I can take a blood test to confirm that I did ovulate, and then one week after that, I can test to see if God has answered our prayers, and created our miracle baby. I’m so blessed, and I will stay positive.... I know now that there is hope for people who have been told that they might not be able to have a baby. I want to beat those odds. Long story short, I am so happy and if pregnancy doesn’t happen for us this month, then I’m almost certain that it will happen shortly. Thank you God for answered prayers. amanda I'm ConfusedWell, I hope someone reads this.It all started when me and my boyfriend started being sexually active. We had a couple scares about me being pregnant but I always ended up getting my period. The last two times my period has been super late. I got it after like 50-55 days and that’s happened to me before as well. It’s been about 45 days now and I still haven't gotten my period. The last time I had it was around Christmas time. I took two HPTs and they were both negative. I haven't felt sick, or had any breast tenderness. I have been a little moody though. About 2 weeks ago I did have mono really bad, it’s subsided now but I'm wondering if that may have something to do with why I’m not getting my period. I also was wondering how accurate those HPTs are because I’ve heard that some people can take like 5 tests and all be negative and still be pregnant.
