Wishful thinking

I am 19 and currently going to school to recieve my CNA. I have been off of birth control now for a little under a year. My soon to be husband and I are trying to concieve, but no such luck.

Our parents all have different views on our getting pregnant, my mother wants for us to wait for the 'right' time, while his mother wants grand children now!! My mother was a young mother and she doesn't want me to be burdened with the hardships that she encountered. She had my sister when she was 13, me when she was 16 and my brother when she was 19. I think she just wants the timing to be right for her. I know that I am ready for a baby, as well is the boyfriend.

Every month I get severly disappointed when my period arrives. But, for some reason this month I have been experiencing unusual symptoms.... I feel as though I have to pee constantly. This is very unusual for me, I go to the restroom maybe 2-3 times a day. My side is sore... kind of like a nagging pain, and, my brests are more tender than normal. They haven't grown any but still the soreness is there. I want to have a baby, but I don't want to go through the disappointment if these symptoms aren't real. My period is scheduled to appear in about 2 weeks, but I really don't want to wait... But then again, I guess that is a key component to motherhood.

I want to thank everyone who posted their stories for me and other wishful thinkers to read. They have showed me that I need to keep my faith and good things will happen. I wish the very best of luck to you all and keep your fingers crossed for me :)

Confused

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had advice for me. I have had two children before from a previous marriage and now after eight years from my last child I am pregnant again with my third child. I just don't remember it being like this. My boobs are so tender, I'm tired, and have to urinate so much. I did a home test and it was positive without a doubt , but just today I started spotting blood. It was a bit brown earlier and now I just notice a bit on the tissue that is pink. Is this just implantation spotting or should I worry. I haven't went in to see my doctor yet because I can only get in on the 23rd. Any comforting advice....I could use some.
Thanks!

Same Story

I know how Jenelle feels. I am 29 and DH is 30 and it is now physically impossible for me to be a mom before 30. Lost that chance after March. Been married for over 2 years now (stopped the pill on our honeymoon) and trying for over a year. Been finding different stories, ideas, articles everytime I have some free time and a computer. Over the last year we have tried doing just OPKs and guessing (average cycle 36 days) then was told about THE BOOK (TCOYF) and found charting to be very helpful. Had a great reaction the first month but nothing real definite after that (9 cycles later). Faxed my charts to my doc (finally got insurace again to go!) and she said "you haven't ovulated since the first month in December" and it was an August appt. So she put me on Clomid (and if you think the waiting game for the lack of AF is agonizing, waiting for it to come so you can get pregnant is pretty darn close!) It's now 14 DPO and tested this morning (no AF and a few symptoms that could go either way) and came up with a negative. Flashing digital negative. So frustrating and I can't find any real stories of women who said it happened to them but came away with a positive afterall. I know it happens but I just want the reassurance. Especially when every time I turn around a friend, family member or co-worker is turning up pregnant.
Thanks for the vent time!
