sixteen and pregnant

I'm sixteen year's old and I am almost seven week pregnant. The father and I had broke up the first week I was pregnant. When I found out I was already six week's.

I'm kinda scared but not really but I know I can do this on my own. I know my sisters know and they are helping me.

My baby is due on Nov 23 of 2007.

That's Life!!!

I was 19 when I found out I was 6 weeks pregnant. Me my mom and the father went to the doctor one day cuz I was throwing up. The nurse came in the room and told me. My first three months were hard because I couldn't keep anything down.

On the 28th of Sept. I had a baby boy. Me and his father broke up not too long after that. Soon after that I started going out with somebody else. He has been the father in my son’s life since his real father did not want to take the responsibility.

Now his real father is in jail and wants to be there for him. But my son calls someone else daddy and that won't change if he gets out or not.

My motivation to triumph

I was a young girl whom lives in a very affluent home. My parents were good but with old world mentality. They found out I was pregnant and threw me out of the house. I was an embarrassment to them. What would their friends say?

I was only 16. I walked to my boyfriend’s house which was only a couple of miles away but it was in the projects, all I took with me was enough to fit in a small backpack.
His family took me in, but not happily. He and I decided to stay together because of the baby.

A year went by and my beautiful baby girl was born. When I looked into her eyes, I knew she was all the family that I needed. Even with the father around she was mine, all mine. He and I lived together but he was always getting in trouble, in jail, fights...etc. so basically I was a single mom. I decided to take the "bull by the horns" and create a good home and stability for her.

It's been 13 yrs since I dropped out of school to have my child, and now we have a home. I worked my way up in the corporate world and am finishing school to obtain a BS and head to Law School.

I didn't accomplish this because of a man, I did this because I made a choice to overcome the obstacles and prove that I was the only rock my daughter needed.

I am now a 29 yrs old and my life is still ahead of me. I hope this serves someone as inspiration and that when you feel that you can’t do this on your own, say " Yes, I can!".

Bad Days I had doing prenacny

We'll at first I did not know I was pregnant, until one I day I missed my period. This was in October and I was so scared. But I got over it, so I took a home pregnancy test and the test showed I was pregnant.

I told my mom so I went to the doctor and they told me I was 3 months. Every morning I would be sick and in the afternoon and at night too. So I was just feeling so bad; every thing I ate I threw it right back up. Those three months had me feeling bad.

But now I feel good. I'm 6 months and I can eat now and I’m having a boy that is so sweet.

I am 19 and I live with my parents. I have got a boyfriend who I love very much but he works away so I don’t see him that very often.

Some time ago I went out one evening with my mates and we went to a disco and there was a guy there I fancied and we ended up having sex. Two days later my boyfriend came back. He'd had an accident and broke his wrist so he was off work.

I am now about 3 months and, of course my boyfriend thinks it is his. Is there anything I can do because my problem is I know it could be the other guys and I won’t be able to pretend anything because the other guy was black.
