3rd pregnancy in so much pain

I am 34 weeks pregnant and doubt the due date is correct. I never had a period before getting pregnant this time. Our second child was still breastfeeding and she was 8 months old.

I am soooo sore and feel like I am going into labour within a week or so. My first was born at 38 and a half weeks and weighed 6lbs 5 ounces, and my second was born at 41 weeks at 6lbs 6 ounces so my children were already small in the womb to begin with.

I think they are off; my pelvis is aching, I can't sleep and my back is killing me, just walking across the room feels like someone is stabbing my back and hips.

Want it over soon

This is my third pregnancy and the worst one ever! I am counting down the days. I am now 37 weeks.

My ribs ache along with the pelvic region. I am stricken with 24-hour heartburn and keep having repeated bladder infections. I also have carpel tunnel syndrome, which started during the 18th week of pregnancy. Last but not least I have high blood pressure, which was per existing before pregnancy. I can’t sleep at night I am so restless so I went to the health food store and bought some rescue remedy drops.

My due date is April 10th. Please god let it be sooner...

Good news is that I am having a boy!!

GIVING IT ALL UP

Everything around you gets harder than you think. When you’re young you pretty much give every teen hood possibilities besides your education. You give up your friends, fun pretty much; you cant get the clothes you want, you can’t even sleep the way you want or play you have to be very cautious.

When I found I was pregnant I thought I was following all the girls’ footsteps I said I wasn’t going to do. I admit I said all those things girls say before the get themselves in a situation like this. I will never have kids, I'm going to get my tubes tied, I’m going to party the rest of my life. Yes I indeed said all that crap.

I was thinking about getting an abortion but just couldn’t. Not that I was scared or anything, I just thought I was 3 months pregnant and I first felt something precious in my stomach. I had this thing called a baby growing in my tummy that I was curious to hold and hug and to cry in my arms. I couldn’t get rid of it I already loved it too much.

I told my boyfriend and he has been on my side for the past 8 months and already going to give birth in April. My family has been there for me through the times I can’t sleep and the times I’m in pain. But for all who thinks young teenage mother gets pregnant for just one reason, they’re wrong. This helps us young woman (that’s what we are) achieve greater thing in life, as in wiser choices and having someone that you can call yours.

Please wish me luck on having my newborn son and I wish all you young single or not single woman to keep your head high and don’t let any other tell you no different then what you think is right.

First time around

I am in the beginning of my third trimester. I am very excited about a little boy entering our lives! I am due on June 5th so I still have a little ways to go. I am a working mother-to-be and probably will be working up until the end of my pregnancy. Working has created a helpful diversion to the fact that my husband is unfortunately deployed with the US Marines. He will not be home until a few months after the baby is born.

It has been pretty tough because as all expectant mothers know, the mood swings and emotions are running wild!! :) He is very sad that he is going to miss the birth of his first child but what can you do?!?! He is trying to get home for a week when I have the baby so that he can at least see the little guy and possibly experience the delivery with me, but this is going to be tough seeing as due dates usually aren’t right on the money.

All in all I have had a great first pregnancy! No morning sickness, so far no stretch marks...I have had some run ins with emotions as said before but I think that is mostly because of the fact my husband is gone. The backaches have just started and I have been getting a little swelling in my feet but these are things I can definitely live with. I have been feeling a lot of kicking! This little boy is an active little bugger! :) Hopefully he wont be off the wall when he is born! :) Yikes!

Luckily, even though my husband is absent, I have had massive support from both of our families and also from all of my friends! I have to say, I have felt a little like a celebrity with all of this attention I am getting, haha.

Overall, everything is good and I am just eagerly awaiting the arrival of our first child! :) Good luck to all of the other mothers-to-be out there!!

The worst ever

I am in my third trimester (I am 37 weeks). I have 3 children already and this is my worst pregnancy. It started out good in the beginning but now I have no sensation in my right hand, causing me to drop things.

I recently got 13 stitches because I was holding a piece of glass and it fell from my hand and landed on my leg. Can you imagine? My doctor says its carpal tunnel syndrome. I have never had this before - I can even move my fingers at night, most of the day

It makes taking care of my other kids 14, 10, and 3 really hard. My doctor says he will induce next week. I can’t wait.
