Walking

I am in my last trimester now(34weeks3days) so far i havent feel that much pregnancy typical things like that morning sickness,cravings,short of breath,bloated in foot,hands or face,tiredness,fatigue,backache or other things thats makes u feel like indeed am pregnant.All of that cos i probably actived since my 1st til this 3rd trimester,i walked everyday.My best hobby is walking around the mall n doing window shopping so when i got pregnant n stop working i keep doing my hobby,n it gave me lots of benefit.I usually going out after lunch alone heading to my fav mall wondered around for 3-4hors almost everyday n up until now with my big belly i hv only slight normal problem to face.
Well walking is the best excercise pregnant woman can do n i feel lucky cos i did it since the beginning n i am pretty sure i didnt got that bad symthoms of pregnancy simply bacause i move a lot.So ladies try to be active during ur pregnancy n u will feel lots of benefits out of it specially walking cos its the easiest n fun things to do not to mention u doing it inside the mall !!! But unless ur practioner say otherwise...

first time mom & ready 2 be a mom

I am 32 weeks with my first baby. I am 28 years old and i am having a girl! we wanted a boy but we was told it was a girl... but we are happy what god gave us. but in the other hand im ready to have this baby. I have bad heart burn, I cant sleep,my baby kicks & moves like shes trying to break out my stomach,, my legs feel like they about to fall off and I have a bad tooth ache. did I mention I work in a daycare? but other then that everything is great! but I cant wajt 2 see my baby girl & be a great mom 2 her, we will be naming her Rayanna Taryn Vargas. taryn is my twin sisters name Rayanna is my boyfriend & my name together. Im scared that she will come early & be a ruff labor. I only gained 12 pounds,weighing 108 pounds & standing 5 ft tall. my veins are popping out from all the pressure I just dont want 2 have a c section. I ts great 2 be having a baby its just not fun 2 be going through what im going through . good luck 2 everyone !

Last Pregnancy

Thank goodness this will be my last pregnancy. I am getting a tubal ligation done after I give birth. I already have 2 boys & this one is my first girl. I am alone in this pregnancy but that's ok. I just hope my baby girl is healthy. This pregnancy was extra hard for me but I managed to cope. She has the most hardest kicks and seems she's up all the time inside, she moves 24/7, lol! Which I love. I freak out if an hour goes by and she doesn't move. Silly,huh?! I am 3 weeks away from delivery and I am so excited, my boys can't wait either. They're just happy they dont have to share anymore toys or clothes. :)

Forty Is a Big Year for Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a son who just had his twenty-first birthday, a daughter who turned sixteen this summer and come November, a new daughter. Everyone is excited about the baby and yes she was planned. I found out this spring, shortly after my fortieth birthday. The happy news is we are having a scheduled cesarean on her Daddy’s birthday. This will be his first child and he cannot wait till his fortieth birthday to meet her.

I have felt great and haven’t had any medical problems. I wouldn’t even know I was pregnant but the belly gives it away. I am a construction manager which is very demanding but I plan to work till the day before our appointment. I work four ten hour days or longer and still go home to cooking, cleaning, laundry, and football games. My sweet sixteen is a high school cheerleader who also has competitions that require my presence. I wish everyone could be as blessed as I have. I am ready to start all over and looking forward to enjoying all the precious moments with our new addition.

I'm just now 28 weeks pregnant. I know I don't have but 12 weeks left, but this is my first pregnancy, and my mother and her mother had complications.

You see my grandmother took medicine with my mother, that to where if my mother had a girl, she could be infertile. Well she wasn't of course, but she did get an abnormal uterus, to where I was born at 7 1/2 mnths and 3 lbs. My mother took that same medicine with me.

But i've also had dysplasia(sp?) 2 times and had surgery, doctors say I'll be fine, but I'm just nevrous, and hope I can deliver on my due date and not too early. It scares me.
