Still getting used to it

I am 7 weeks pregnant today. We have been trying to get pregnant for 2 years. Exactly the day I turned 26 I found out I was pregnant.

I kind of had an intuition because I told myself I didn't want to be pregnant anymore and I just got on with my life. We found out my husband was fine the month before. I have had morning sickness every day and a little bit of spotting. My breasts are huge and my tummy is very round.

I still can't believe I'm pregnant after 3 positive tests and a blood test. I have another test there ready just to reassure myself. I'm getting an ultrasound next week but I am so scared they won't hear a heartbeat. I guess this fear is just normal. I can't wait until my next trimester.

Wow

I'm 28 and for the past 3 weeks I have felt very fatigued and irritable. For the past week I've been consumed by severe abdominal cramps & yesterday they got so bad I went to the hospital and they confirmed my pregnancy...

I'm very happy but the cramps are killing me. Apparently there is nothing to worry about & tomorrow I'm having my Bhcg blood test. No nausea or vomiting yet...

Good luck to you all.

FINALLY

I’m 37 and finally pregnant after trying for a 1-1/2 years. I’m only 5 weeks – like everyone else posting on here.

But I had to share my good news with someone. Because of my age, etc we are waiting for at least 3 months to share the good news.

Best wishes to you all...

FIRST TRIMESTER WORRIES!

I too am just 6 weeks today and up until today felt everything was fine and was very excited about up & coming scan week on Tuesday (8wks).

BUT for some reason I cannot get it out of my head that I am not pregnant anymore - that I may have miscarried early on. I have had no bleeding but have had for (2 weeks) pretty bad cramps (gas/wind) which have gone as soon as I have, you know what!

I feel that I am going to turn up for the scan and there will not be a heartbeat...how sad...It might help if I was experiencing morning/day sickness but nothing...

testing

I am newly pregnant and confused and frustrated. When I told my doctor he asked me to come in and get some blood work. I did. I got results a day later.

They said my levels (what levels?) were at 40 and that was low and they wanted me back in for more blood work. I did that and the levels (again what levels) went up to 660 but they wanted me in for more blood work! No one (doctors) has given me positive feedback or reassurance.

I just want to know everything is fine and this is normal. None of my many girlfriends who have children have gone through this. I would love to know to help me ease my mind.
